About Me
I'm a licensed therapist with a background in medical social work. I specialize in supporting caregivers and helping professionals who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves after years of giving to others. My work focuses on anxiety, OCD, trauma, and chronic stress, often alongside health concerns or demanding roles. Sessions are paced and grounded, designed for people who don't have extra energy to spare.
My approach blends EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and mind-body techniques to help you process stress and trauma, shift stuck patterns, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're navigating compassion fatigue, burnout, or a deeper sense of disconnection, I provide a space for you to pause, reflect, and heal. Together, we'll work toward restoring balance so you can feel more grounded and like yourself again.
