About Me

If you are looking for an empathetic and supportive space for your recovery, then you are in the right place. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD. I also work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I use an integrative approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns that may be causing you to feel stuck and address the roots of these issues rather than just your symptoms. I believe that providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere is of the utmost importance. Finding a good fit between you and your therapist is essential. Please feel free to contact me for an appointment or a free consultation
