About Me

I am a trauma-informed, client-centred therapist based in Prince Edward County. My priority is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, develop more genuine relationships with others and the world, and make changes you have been struggling to make on your own. I work with individuals aged 16+ facing a wide range of difficulties, including: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and Complex PTSD), abuse, gender identity and sexuality issues, relationship challenges, suicidal thoughts and emotion regulation. I draw upon multiple therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. I am trained in therapies such as: EMDR, Emotion Focused Mindfulness, Parts Work therapy including Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I am 2SLGBTQ+ identified and knowledgeable. I also have 3+ years experience working with Veterans, Military and First Responders. I collaborate with you actively in our therapeutic work, and strive to make you feel welcomed, respected, secure and at ease.
