About Me
I am passionate about EMDR as an effective healing therapy. While it is the primary therapy I offer, I am able to enhance our therapy with multiple therapeutic interventions including DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EFT. I truly believe no one is beyond the reach of learning new ways to respond to past trauma, present difficulties, or future worries. My relationship with you is the most important part of our work together, and your safety is my top concern. If I am not the right fit for you, I will assist you in finding someone who is a good fit. Thank you for considering me to be a part of your healing journey.
