About Me
Hi! I lived for about 20 years working in Maui and now am back in the Seattle area. I do in-person therapy in Georgetown, Seattle and telehealth. I am licensed in Hawai'i and Washington State. I enjoy paddling outrigger canoe and was part of the University of Washington swim team 2000-2004.
Education & Experience
MS in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University
MA in teaching
Experience providing play therapy, EMDR, and brainspotting through person-led therapy with individuals who were experiencing serious eating disorders, sexual abuse, attachment ruptures, and related traumas.
