About Me
I specialize in trauma reactions, anxiety, stress, grief, transitions, and highly sensitive people (HSP). Clients describe me as empathic, insightful, warm, compassionate, accepting, open-minded, and informed. My therapy practice is inclusive. It honors all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, race and ethnicities, nationalities, cultures, religions and faiths, ages, neurodiversity, bodies and abilities, and socioeconomic statuses. Please note that I'm licensed in California and can only work with people physically located inside the state of California.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in clinical mental health from California State University, Fullerton in 2017. I was trained in EMDR that same year, and have been successfully using it with clients since then. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYS-200).
