About Me
As a holistic therapist, I believe in the profound connection between mind and body in the healing process. I specialize in working with adults (18+) using EMDR, somatic approaches, and other integrative techniques to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. EMDR has been a powerful tool in my practice, allowing clients to process distressing experiences, reduce symptoms, and reclaim a sense of balance and empowerment. My approach is client-centered, blending traditional psychotherapy with holistic methods to support deep, sustainable healing.
