About Me
The commonality in my therapeutic work is a desire for change. Whether the issue that brings you into therapy is a mood disorder, an anxiety disorder, a trauma history, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, loss, or any other kind of discontent, if you are looking for a change in your life, therapy is the resource to get the process started. My role as a counselor is to work with you to figure out what works and what doesn't. As an EMDR trained therapist, I use an integrative approach, combining strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered work in order to define, explore, and achieve your goals, whatever your goals may be. The process of therapy looks a little different for everyone. Our first few sessions will be dedicated to getting to know each other, and developing a roadmap of where our work together can take you. When you're ready to start on this journey, give me a call.
