About Me

– Do you frequently freeze or feel on edge? – Do you feel like you’re triggered easily and believe something is wrong with you? – Are you worried you’ll damage important relationships and never have a normal life? I specialize in body and brain-based counseling for adults, and I work with Complex PTSD, PTSD, eating disorders, trauma, and sexual abuse and assault survivors. Sessions with me look and feel different than traditional talk therapy. The focus is on the body and brain processing trauma. In session, I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Trauma Therapy with psychotherapeutic yoga (no flexibility required). If you’ve tried talk therapy, and it did not work for you, schedule a session. I look forward to meeting you.
