About Me
I’m a licensed therapist and EMDR-trained clinician specializing in EMDR therapy for anxious women and mothers. I help high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or burdened by intrusive thoughts process the experiences that continue to impact their nervous system, relationships, and sense of identity.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and rooted in EMDR. Rather than only managing symptoms, we work to identify and reprocess the underlying memories and beliefs driving anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout.
Clients describe me as warm, steady, and deeply grounding. I offer a collaborative, structured, and supportive space where healing happens at your pace. If you’re looking for EMDR therapy for anxiety, trauma, or motherhood-related stress, I provide a safe place to do meaningful, lasting work.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I spent nearly a decade working in community mental health with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. This work deepened my clinical skill, strengthened my ability to remain steady in complex cases, and reinforced my commitment to trauma-informed care.
I have also worked within the forensic and foster care systems, supporting individuals navigating significant life stressors, systemic challenges, and complex trauma histories. These experiences continue to inform my approach today, grounded, compassionate, and attentive to the broader context shaping each person’s story.
