I specialize in treating healthcare professionals who are experiencing chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Some of my clients have experienced significant trauma that can lead to PTSD. As a result, some have developed substance use problems as well. I help my clients understand and integrate their past trauma. Our journey together will lead you forward to holistic wellbeing.
