About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and mental health therapist, I help people deepen their self-understanding, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to help clients recognize patterns in their relationships, strengthen self-compassion, and live more authentically.

With over 20 years of experience in the social work field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across the lifespan from children and families to adults navigating complex transitions. My background in family and community services, school-based programs, and outpatient mental health, has shaped a holistic, compassionate approach to care.

In my private practice, I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, relational challenges, and life transitions. My work integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to each client’s needs. I’m committed to ongoing professional growth and continuing education to provide the highest quality of care.
