About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor and certified EMDR therapist dedicated to helping individuals aged 15 and older navigate their healing journeys. I am also passionate about working with couples and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, complex PTSD, attachment issues, and comorbidity disorders. I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences and emotions, while maintaining a direct approach. My approach combines the power of EMDR with compassion and accountability, empowering clients to process their pasts, and feel autonomy over their futures.

Education & Experience

I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. I have advanced EMDR training in structural dissociation, SI/SH, addiction, OCD, and phobias. I have also completed training in G-TEP (Group Traumatic Episode Protocol).
In addition to EMDR, I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Post Induction Therapy, Inner Child Healing and Reparenting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
