Education & Experience
I've been an EMDR practitioner since 2013 and an EMDRIA-certified practitioner since 2016. I weave EMDR with additional modalities of parts work/ego state work, attachment work, polyvagal and somatic work, and mindful self-compassion practices into sessions.
