About Me
I have 30+ years of experience working with individuals to help them get a better understanding of the challenges that may be creating difficulties in their lives. We work together to make the changes that will benefit them. I have found that EMDR works organically and can generate important shifts in peoples lives. In my practice, I am compassionate and warm and also an active participant in the process.
Education & Experience
I have an MSW from Loyola University in Chicago. I have 30+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults. I find EMDR a very valuable therapy for clients with past and present trauma as well as self esteem issues, anxiety and depression. I have been in private practice since 2004.
