About Me

I work with perfectionist, people pleasers who's fatigue goes beyond words and feels impedded in the body. Many of my clients understand the why and how very well but still feel overwhelmed, stuck, unseen and feel they are in a constant battle of shame.

Willing yourself into integration & "doing better" hasn't felt like enough. I partner with my clients who want more than temporary relief and are looking to go deeper then analyzing their behaviors. Those I work with want their triggers reduced, a stronger sense of selves and their bodies, and feel a difference in their nervous system.

I offer EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives. I also mix a few other modalities like Brainspotting, Ego States Therapy (getting to know your different parts of you) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

If you enjoy working with your current therapist but want short-term EMDR support ? I collaborate with your standing therapist to help get through stuck points so that you can continue your ongoing therapy.

Im currently accepting clients for Short-Term EMDR Intensives.
