About Me
I work with adults who may understand a great deal about themselves and still feel stuck. My practice focuses on trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and longstanding relationship patterns. I integrate EMDR therapy with a psychodynamic approach, working at a steady, thoughtful pace and building stability before addressing painful experiences.
I have more than 20 years of experience as a therapist and am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist. I offer in-person appointments in Newark, Delaware, as well as online appointments.
