About Me
I'm a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community - I'm a gay woman, a mom, a partner, a therapist, and a lover of people. And one of the things I love most is celebrating what it means to be truly, deeply, authentically ourselves. I have special interest and passion for working with queer folx. And though I work only with individuals, I love working with folx in various kinds of relationship structures (e.g. Ethical Non-Monogamy/Polyamory). My experiences and training have also given me unique insights for working with faith deconstruction, religious trauma, shifting worldviews, and spiritual practices. My work as a psychotherapist has an attachment-based trauma focus, giving care to inner parts (e.g. your inner child), developmental trauma, complex trauma, and learning to navigate life’s ups and downs. More specifically, I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and dissociative disorders.
