About Me

I have shared the therapeutic journey with individuals & families for over 28 years. My clinical training & the use of research supported treatments such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Sports Counseling have allowed me to successfully work with individuals of all ages (children, teens, adults, & geriatrics), athletes, & business professionals who are confronted with a variety of concerns. I am licensed in Texas, Georgia, & Colorado. I am trained as a Certified EMDR. I am also an EMDR Consultant-In-Training. In addition to typical therapy sessions, I also provide extended & intensive trauma recovery therapy for those who have experienced a life story of traumatic events or complex trauma that has left a lasting negative impact. My approach to treatment is an integrated wellness model. I have worked extensively in the treatment of performance based anxieties, co-occurring chronic health conditions, & severe mental health diagnoses as well as in the treatment of trauma & adverse life events. I am passionate about helping others to find peace & resolution with negative events of their past; to find enjoyment & meaning with themselves in the present; & to set attainable goals for their future.
