About Me

In my practice, I am fascinated by the interplay between language and becoming. Are we just the stories we tell ourselves, or is there something more? Can we question beliefs and behaviors that got us through painful times but no longer serve us? I see my clients as agents of change that haven’t yet found the right ways to adapt to a challenging world.

I’m a fully trained EMDR therapist who works from a trauma-informed lens. I also specialize in couples therapy and use my training in attachment theory and depth therapy to get at the emotional roots of an issue. I work well with clients who are open to being curious about their inner lives. I appreciate the misfits who are looking to make peace with the parts of themselves that pressure them into fitting in.

My style can be direct at times, but I make sure to soften the necessary challenges of this work with warmth, humor, and a deep respect for the dignity of my clients. Looking inside can be hard, but that's where we find real change.
