I am a Licensed Social Worker practicing in Indiana. I enjoy utilizing a variety of therapies to assist my clients in regulating emotions, challenging negative core beliefs, and improving their self-esteem and mindfulness.
Education & Experience
I graduated with my MSW degree in 2020 and obtained my LCSW in 2022. I have mainly worked in non-profit/hospital settings as well as private practice through Grow Therapy. I have been trained in CBT, ACT, Complicated Grief, DBT, and EMDR. I am currently working towards EMDR Certification.
