About Me

The majority of my clients are addressing complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship issues.

I participate in both group and individual EMDR consultations to continuously learn new resources and techniques to help clients heal. I practice IFS-informed EMDR and polyvagal-informed EMDR. I will be completing the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy training in April, 2026.

I provide wireless EMDR equipment (light bar, hand tappers, and headphones) for in-office clients, and I facilitate butterfly tapping or use a website for eye movements with telehealth clients.

Please contact me if you have any specific questions about whether I may be a good fit for you or someone you care about.
