About Me

I stand ready, eager, and equipped to accompany you on your road to recovery. My toolkit for therapy is extensive, offering a range of modalities tailored to navigate the complexities of trauma and the difficult journey of withdrawal management. In my practice, while honouring the holistic insights offered by traditional Indigenous healing practices, my focus is on client-centered therapeutic techniques designed to address the nuanced challenges of trauma and addiction. I believe in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care that acknowledges the intricate dance of recovery where the rhythm is often set by the individual’s unique experiences and needs. With a fundamental belief in your inner knowledge and the resilience of the human spirit, I recognize that sometimes what’s needed most is a supportive guide, someone to offer not just empathy but also evidence-based strategies and a steady presence through the turbulent phases of detoxification and beyond. Together, we can work towards healing, balance, and a reclamation of your inner strength.
