About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an integrative approach, utilizing many orientations (including EMDR) to work with those who feel stuck, whether because of depression, anxiety, complex trauma, etc. I begin from an attachment/psychodynamic lens to find the core wounds affecting how you show up in your everyday relationships and sense of self. From there, we can build on what works and deconstruct and navigate areas of stuck-ness from a holistic angle incorporating the mind and body to raise awareness while learning tools to regulate distress in the form of anxiety or depression. I changed careers after years in entertainment after a rewarding and fulfilling volunteer commitment with the Suicide Prevention Center. This inspired a life change to work with others to feel seen, heard, and understood in ways they may never have experienced in their families. From there, anything is possible.
