About Me

I spent several years working in a Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)- providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and families prior to transitioning to private practice. I am a strong believer in trauma informed care and am passionate about working alongside my clients to ensure they are achieving their goals and utilize a myriad of methods to do so, including: EMDR, Progressive Counting, CBT/TF-CBT and Play Therapy. I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for each client I work with.
