About Me
I’m passionate about trauma work, especially the ways early experiences and attachment wounds can continue to show up in our relationships and in how we see ourselves.
My clinical experience includes trauma, attachment and relational wounds, grief and loss, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mental health, mood disorders, dissociation, complex trauma, and the integration of the Christian faith and trauma therapy for clients who desire it.
I provide EMDR consultation to clinicians and have a particular interest in helping therapists develop confidence with all 8 phases of EMDR, especially with complex cases. I completed EMDR basic training in 2017 and became EMDR Certified in 2019. I have been practicing clinically since 2013 and have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and churches. Since 2018, I have owned and operated a private practice focused primarily on trauma and women’s mental health.
