About Me

I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and have been counselling for over ten years. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and I am a trained EMDR therapist. I am currently completing my Doctorate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer personal counselling services to adults that are seeking improvement in their lifestyle and mental health. I am very passionate about helping others, and it is my goal as a counsellor to provide a safe, judgement free space for clients to share their concerns and receive support, reflection and feedback on their mental health concerns. I believe in helping the whole individual and creating balance in daily living by greater self-awareness and finding clarity in the needs of our authentic selves.
