About Me
I work with adults and adolescents (age 14 and up) and provide individual therapy services. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and I am a certified EMDR therapist. I also specialize in a variety of other therapeutic areas including women's issues (postpartum depression and anxiety, fertility/miscarriage issues), grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, improving relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management. I also work with first responders and veterans.
Education & Experience
I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field and I have been in private practice for the past 10 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a certified Addiction Specialist, and a certified EMDR therapist. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado in 2004, and my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver in 2011.
