About Me
Started my career journey in 2003 when I started my personal recovery, which led me find my passion in helping others to find their own recovery. I began my career at The Behman Hospital in Cairo in 2006, where I was fortunate to be trained and supervised by leading International Psychiatrists and Addiction Specialists. I gained valuable experience before joining Public Health Teams, where I was fortunate to lead HIV Prevention Programs and develop Harm Reduction Protocols in Cairo. My interest in Adolescent Mental Health allowed me to further develop programs for young men, as Clinical Lead at The Edge before founding The Wave Clinic in Kuala Lumpur.
Education & Experience
Leading diverse residential, outpatient, private client practices and charities in Asia and the Middle East. Specialising in Teens, Adolescents and Families, with additional training in Eating Disorders, Anti-Social and Borderline Personality Disorder.
