About Me
Do you sometimes feel alone in your relationship or that you've become more like roommates than lovers? Are you and your partner experiencing difficulties with desire, arousal or pleasure or infidelity/betrayal? As a sexuality and intimacy specialist with knowledge in couples and sex therapy and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, I am committed to helping individuals and couples navigate the complex and sensitive aspects of their intimate lives. As a seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience, I believe past experiences should not define us. I can help you rewrite your narrative and take back your power. Rather than asking endless questions and nodding my head, I use a brief solution-oriented approach, backed by the science of what works in sex therapy and couples counseling. In addition to being a Certified EMDR Practitioner, I also provide guidance to peri- and post-menopausal women whose diminished hormones may be contributing to depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms.
