About Me
I integrate EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing across the mind–body connection. My clinical orientation is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed framework that supports both post-traumatic healing and post-traumatic growth.
I place particular emphasis on developing awareness of internal experiences and supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner resources. I am committed to creating a safe, attuned therapeutic space where healing can unfold with care, intention, and respect for each individual’s pace.
Education & Experience
Master’s-level clinician (M.A. in Counseling, Eastern Mennonite University) with a background in conflict resolution. I focus on the human experience, supporting clients as they navigate the challenges and growth opportunities of life. Clinical experience includes working with diverse populations impacted by complex trauma, including refugees, immigrants, and survivors of interpersonal and systemic violence from all walks of life.
Trained in interdisciplinary settings, I have experience in both individual and group therapy, emphasizing trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and the treatment of complex presentations. My approach honors each client’s unique journey, supporting healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
