With over 18 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals, heal from trauma and create meaningful, lasting change. I have extensive training and ongoing consultation in EMDR. This allows me to support clients in processing past traumatic experiences so they can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.

In addition to trauma work, I help clients manage anxiety, strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and build a work–life balance that truly aligns with their values.
