About Me
I am passionate in recognizing and honouring individual differences and in being a catalyst for change in order to help find the unique path forward for clients. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am a career counsellor at Futures Found and volunteer in job skills development within the adult autism community.
Education & Experience
My formal education is in psychology, environmental studies, and psychotherapy, with experience working with individuals, couples and families—within the areas of addictions, anxiety and depression in the general population during my practicum—and I continue to work with people seeking career guidance and with young autistic adults with concurrent mental health concerns.
