You don't have to bully yourself to a better life! Let's improve your connection to yourself, your future, and to others with a mix of empathy and accountability. Together, we'll help you feel more empowered through the changes in your life. I am a Black female therapist servicing Texas and California individuals and couples. My goal is to introduce alternative perspectives towards new behaviors, realistic goals, and healthier relationships. We'll explore patterns, beliefs, and behavior that can lead to a more fulfilled you. With me, that includes using a little humor along the way. I work hard to build a bond where my clients feel heard and understood. I recognize that you are trusting and sharing with me parts of your personal life. This process can be hard but it doesn't have to be hard alone. We'll develop a plan to move you closer to the "you" that you want to be.
