About Me

I love EMDR and it remains the primary therapeutic modality that I utilize. I remain trauma focused and provide a competent and ethical EMDR experience using the 8 Phase model in application. I have over 25 years of clinical experience and thoroughly enjoy what I do.

I am trained and experienced in Psychedelic (Ketamine) Assisted EMDR therapy either during treatment or within the 24-72 hours of increased neuroplasticity following Ketamine treatment. I have referral sources and work with companies to provide quality Ketamine assisted care.

Many clinicians have transitioned to telehealth only. I am committed to meeting the specific needs of my clients whether that be in person or via telehealth. I offer an integrative model of EMDR incorporating various modalities within the 8 Phase model prioritizing the development of a attachment focused therapeutic relationship and incorporating elements of other modalities including NARM, CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and sensorimotor/somatic interventions and concepts.

Working with professionals in the healthcare field is one of my passions. My goal is to offer affordable care with an integrative approach. Helping the helpers and providing a good experince with EMDR is essential to creating my own "pocket of excellence".

As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Approved Clinical Supervisor, I provide clincial supervision, EMDR consultation and work with other EMDR trained clinicians through weekly collaboration and consultation groups. I have experience with EMDR application with all ages (children, adolescents, and adults).

I provide affordable consultation toward EMDRIA certification for clinicians already trained in EMDR. I offer a combination of individual and group consultation toward certification.
