I am fully trained as an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy), LifeSpan Integration 1 & 2, Internal Family Systems, Neuroeducation, and Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of relational trauma to build secure attachments.
