About Me

I have been in private practice since 2020, though it has been a dream of mine since I began my counselling journey. My other time is dedicated to the Surrey School District as an elementary school counsellor and as a mother to my own neurodivergent children. My counselling approach is based on a person-centered framework, meaning that I believe that my clients already have all of the answers within, and it is with my guidance and support that we can find the solutions together. By working collaboratively in this manner, we can identify your strengths and explore areas of desired growth. With my clients, I practice empathy and compassion. I am committed to my clients and am passionate about the work that I do. My personal belief is that we are all on our own unique journey and ongoing self-reflection and learning is necessary in order for us to heal, grow, and become our most authentic selves.
