About Me
Hi, I’m Alex! I’m an adoptee, a mental health therapist, a social worker, a feminist, and a scientist. I have lived in five different countries on three different continents; sometimes by choice and sometimes not. In 2010 I left my first career as a computer scientist to pursue my true calling: human mental and emotional well-being. I believe that we all try our best to thrive, that old wounds and life circumstances can make it difficult, and that therapy can help us tap into our inner power to heal and find peace. My style is warm, direct, and authentic. Oh! And I grew up in France, so you may hear an accent.
