I approach clients from a holistic perspective and guide clients to learn to listen and find their own inner knowing and solutions. I have respect for clients willing to do this, at times hard work, and feel rewarded as I see them heal, grow and flourish in their own lives.

In addition to using EMDR for 20 years and being Certified I have been trained in Gestalt Therapy, Trans Personal Psychology, Couples therapy (Imago and the Developmental Model), Energy Psychology, Heart Rhythm Mediation & Mindfulness to mention a few.
