About Me

I am a trauma-informed counselor based in southeast Alaska, passionate about creating relational trust with clients that leads them toward integrative changes in their lives. Warm, welcoming, and, at times, irreverent, I work best with clients who are interested at looking at their lives boldly from all angles. I find the intersection of Internal Family Systems (parts work) and EMDR to be incredibly transformational for the people I sit with, and continue to find new levels of curiosty in my work.
