About Me
I help men navigating life transitions throughout emerging adulthood (18-30yo). Sometimes people want to do the deeper work in therapy, but may feel like something is "in the way" that keeps them from accessing those depths of healing. I incorporate an attachment based & trauma/neurological-informed lens to help clients get "unstuck," through both psychoeducation as well as structured & targeted practices like EMDR and neurofeedback. I also join alongside psychedelic-assisted therapy providers to help clients continue their integration journey. I create a safe & warm environment for clients to reprocess their trauma, experience healing, and feel empowered to walk forward into the unknown and create the life they desire.
