About Me

** Telehealth Only - No In-Person available ** Thank you for taking the time to read about me and my background. I completed my BSSW and MSW at Spalding University in Louisville, KY. After finishing graduate school I worked in residential drug and alcohol treatment with a focus on those with substance use challengs as well as mental health disorders. From there I worked in medical social work beginning with hospice and moving into the hospital as well supervising all social work staff. Clinical Social Work is a third career for me. My first career was in information technology. While the technology was fun, I developed an enjoyment with helping employees build their careers and accomplish their goals. After many years I chose to move into holistic health as a massage therapist. During that time my specialty was light-touch and energy work with clients that have a traumatic past. For the last seven years of that time I also taught massage at a local college. While my past careers may appear as quite different, they all included a desire to be support to others in accomplishing their goals. If you have other questions, please ask.
