About Me

I'm Marquita Bolden (she/her), an EMDR-certified therapist who believes healing is a courageous journey of reclaiming your power. With 18 years of experience in trauma-focused therapy, I founded Mosaic Bloom Counseling on the belief of weaving fragmented pieces into a beautiful whole through compassionate, trauma-informed care. My approach blends EMDR and Internal Family Systems techniques, drawing from my training at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice. I specialize in supporting adults navigating complex traumas, including abuse, traumatic bereavement, race and gender-related traumas, family of origin trauma, and sexual assault. As an anti-racist, gender-affirming, and queer-affirming therapist, I employ a feminist lens that honors each client's unique identity. I recognize how social and political contexts deeply impact mental wellness. I'm licensed to provide both in-person and virtual therapy services across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Idaho. I'm not here to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own remarkable capacity for healing and transformation. My practice is a secure sanctuary where clients feel genuinely safe, seen, and affirmed in their healing journey.
