I have been in practice over thirty years, working from a relational, object relations theoretical framework. I love witnessing the profound changes that occur in psychotherapy. Training to work as an EMDR therapist has been a game changer in terms of seeing its undeniable efficacy and efficiency in effecting healing and change.
