About Me

I believe healing is possible when we feel safe enough to explore the experiences that have shaped us. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, perfectionism, and women's issues using EMDR therapy alongside attachment-based, parts work, and somatic approaches. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, process painful experiences, and move toward lasting change. Whether you're seeking support through traditional therapy or an EMDR intensive, I am committed to helping you reconnect with your strengths, find your voice, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with experience providing psychotherapy to adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, grief and loss, infertility, perfectionism, and women's issues. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and am passionate about creating an affirming, culturally responsive space for BIPOC clients and those healing from childhood and relational trauma.

My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and integrate EMDR with attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, somatic techniques, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting healing.

Please note that I only offer telehealth sessions for those residing in California at this time.
