About Me

Like so many others, my life and the dreams I had when I was young did not exactly pan out the way that I had planned. I faced obstacles like heartache, loss, and abuse to name a few and there were times when I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. With help from loved ones and therapy, I found myself out of the tunnel and standing in the light I once struggled to see. What drew you to seek help may be that you are in that darkness now and I believe that it is what I experienced, the losses and the wins, that can make me the right therapist to walk alongside you one small step at a time. Finding your peace and calm and the healthy mental state you crave may not be easy, but it can be made just a little easier with the right help. My goal is to help those that suffer with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression and other life struggles, find their way to a life they want.
