About Me
Everyone has challenges when it comes to achieving wellness of self, but the beauty of being human means we have the capacity to heal from within, to awaken to healing. Sometimes we just need some guidance, someone to help us reconnect with our authentic self. With support we are able to explore, uncover, comfort, encourage, and nurture all parts of ourselves so that change and restorative transformation can take place. I am here to help bring health to body and mind, heart and spirit.
Education & Experience
I have been working with teens and families over the last 8 years, more recently with those in crisis. Since 2019, I have been a certified counseling supervisor for the state of Idaho for interns and those looking to obtain their "clinical" status.
