About Me

I believe that humans have an innate ability to heal. I draw from modern science and old wisdom traditions to aid the transformation process. I am an EMDR Consultant with EMDRIA. I also incorporate somatic experiencing, internal family systems, and Jungian-based approaches into my work - including oracle cards. A session with me includes desensitizing triggers, dream interpretation, exploring meaningful synchronicity in your everyday life, art, music, and existential questions support you in building curiosity about your life and gain confidence in who you are. I am queer-affirming.
