About Me
When I am not working, I enjoy doing the daily Wordle, playing scrabble, backgammon, and cribbage. I also enjoy cooking, watching movies and television, and spending time with family.
Education & Experience
I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Dakota State University and my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of North Dakota. In 2013, I started working in the mental health field providing in-home skills services (ARMHS) and mobile crisis services. In 2019, I transitioned to providing individual therapy services. My counseling approach is accepting, non-judgmental, and encouraging.
