About Me
My practice is dedicated to supporting others in their healing from trauma to help shed internal wounds and narratives no longer of service to them to allow them to breathe life into their authentic selves. I understand trauma as any adverse experience, from a single event to a lifetime of pain, that detrimentally impacts our perception of ourselves and the world. My hope is to guide others in finding relief and new meaning from the stories they hold about their trauma. I strive to foster a strong sense of safety in the connection between myself and my clients as we explore areas that can feel confusing and painful. While I use EMDR as the primary foundation and guide for the therapeutic process, I also integrate other therapies such as ACT and Ego State/ parts work based on an individual's unique needs. I provide individual therapy to adults (18+) both via in-person and telehealth.
